“Any experience carried out deeply to its ultimate leads you beyond yourself into a larger relation to the experience of others.” — Anais Nin

My Approach
I was trained as a psychologist with a special focus on acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), a form of humanistic behavioral therapy that aims to develop mindfulness and connection with personal values.
Over the past decade through my work as a clinician, researcher, and teacher, I have become increasingly interested in the relationship between mental health and spirituality. In my coaching work, I emphasize the exploration of meaning and purpose to create a harmonious integration of everything that matters in my clients’ lives.
I have also dedicated a significant part of my life to the practice of mountain climbing and martial arts, which has greatly influenced my approach to coaching. I am especially attentive to the physical dimension of human experiences, and I apply concepts that have transformed my own life to help my clients overcome challenges and thrive.
My Coaching Style
Experiential I help my clients explore and observe their own experience in order to discover what feels true to them.
Didactic I teach my clients skills improving their ability to explore, observe, and make sense of the complexity of human experience.
Dialectic I encourage dialoguing, sharing perspectives, and challenging each other’s views in order to develop autonomous and holistic thinking.
My Areas of Expertise
Mental Health Coaching
Mental health coaching offers the possibility of approaching psychological issues from a holistic and non-judgmental perspective. I will not diagnose or put labels on you. We will work together to clarify how you would like your life to be different, and I will help you find and use your strengths to foster that kind of life.
Relationships Issues
Meaningful relationships require connection and autonomy, and most struggles we experience in relationships stem from a lack of balance between these two fundamental needs. Together, we will clarify the origins of this imbalance, and I will help you develop the skills to build harmonious relationships.
Existential and Spiritual Exploration
In psychology, spirituality can be approached as the integration of the relationships we have with ourselves, others, and a higher power. In other words, we experience spirituality when we feel that everything in our lives connects in a meaningful way. While many people find spirituality in religion, there are various ways of developing a harmonious life through transcendence. Together, we will explore key existential topics and questions to discover how you can find deeper meaning in your life.
